This website is operated by Little Piglet. Throughout the site, the terms:

  1. “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Piglet;
  2. “Service” refers to our Nappy Library Hire Service;
  3. “You”, “your”, and “customer/s” refers to the person/s hiring the products as listed on the invoice;
  4. “Items”, and “products” refers to all Items (including any accessories) supplied on hire by Little Piglet to the Client.    

Little Piglet offers this website, including all information, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us and/or you engage in our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms & Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms & Conditions.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


By accessing our site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first visit.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The information on this site is provided for general guidance only. 

Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.


We make every effort to display colours and images as accurately as possible on our site. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration.  All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products obtained by you will meet your expectations.


3.1 Acceptance

By hiring from our nappy library, you agree to our Nappy Library Hire Terms and Conditions.  We reserve the right to review, withdraw, and/or vary the terms & conditions at any time and without reason.

3.2 Hire Charge and Payment

Current hire charges for set packages are as indicated on the web store.

Hire charges for custom packages are $12.50 per nappy/combination.

A deposit (in the form of a bond) is required at the commencement of the hire. The deposit may be used to offset any applicable charges (refer to clause Bond) and any outstanding balance thereof shall be due.

A return postage charge of $15 is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Immediate payment is required before any packages are posted out.  Failing to make payment within 7 days after invoice is issued; the invoice will be cancelled without notice.

Payment may be made by direct deposit or via PayPal. Direct deposits need to be honoured, cleared or recognised by our accounts department before postage.  This process may take longer than PayPal.

We reserve the right to change the hire charge to reflect changes in costing.

3.3 Hire Period

Minimum hire period is 2 weeks for all packages, except for Preemie and Newborn Hire Package which is for a 6 week period.

3.4 Delivery

We currently use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.  Depending on location and weight of the packages will depend on which service provider we use.  Once packages have left our premise we are not responsible for its delivery.  We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.  We allow 5 business days for the package to arrive before the hire period starts.

We provide an Australia Post Pre-paid satchel which has a tracking number; we use this tracking number to check the progress of its return.

Lost satchels will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for the safe arrival of your package during its return.  It is your responsibility to pay for the nappies to be returned to us if you lose the pre-paid satchel.  We highly recommend you use registered post and add ‘Signature on Delivery’ and/or insurance. 

Late fee of $5/day; deductable from bond. Late fee is calculated from the postal date to the postmark date. 

If for any reason, you cannot return the nappies within the outlined timeframe, please contact us.

3.5 Defects, Warranties & Returns

All items are inspected prior to being dispatched for quality assurance. Upon the arrival of your packages please inspect the contents against the checklist provided.  Please contact us immediately if there are items that have been damaged during transit. 

We do not allow for exchanges for a different colour or style.

We allow exchanges for different sizing if the nappy does not fit your child (excludes OSFM nappies).  Postage fees will apply.  It will be deducted out of your bond. (Please see Sect. 5 Postage for fees)

Hire period will not be extended for this process.

3.6 Your Responsibilities

  • Nappies are required to be returned to us clean, completely dry and in the same (or close to) condition as you received them.
  • Nappies are to be returned within the postal date deadline.
  • You will only use a cloth nappy safe/recommended laundry detergent.
  • You will not use fabric softeners, vinegar, bleach or any similar products.
  • You will only use cloth nappy safe treatments.
    • If you need to use a treatment that is not cloth nappy safe (treatments that contain zinc), you will need to use a disposable or reusable liner to protect the nappy.
    • If you use a reusable liner, please ensure that the liner is washed separately to the cloth nappies.
  • You will launder the nappies to our specific washing instructions provided.
  • Nappies must still be functional upon return
    • PUL still intact
    • Elastics functional
    • Not altered in any way
    • No stains from grease, oil, nappy rash treatments, bodily functions
      • Light stains from bodily functions are normal but dark stains will be considered unacceptable/damaged.
    • No odours
    • No smoke
    • No odour masking sprays
    • No foreign matter (especially in the hook & loop closures (aka, Velcro))
    • No pet or human hairs
    • No bodily waste

3.8 Cancellation

Cancellations incur a fee of $20. Order must be cancelled prior to dispatch.  After dispatch you cannot cancel your hire. We do not offer partial refunds for returning your package early or partial use of the nappy package.

3.9 Bond

Bond of $100 is charged at the start of all hire packages.  Bond will be returned after all deductions are made (if any) via the same method of payment within 5 working days of receiving them.

Bond deductions:

  • Extra postal fees
  • Late fee
  • Nappies’ that are returned in an unacceptable condition (repairable), accidental or not, we will deduct a processing fee of $20
  • Damaged nappies - nappies that are returned in such a condition that they cannot be used again,you will be charged the full RRP
  • Lost/missing Nappies - full RRP will be charged
  • Failure to return the nappies will mean you forfeit your bond.

If the total amount for all deductions exceeds your bond, you will be invoiced the remaining amount, and immediate payment is required for the amount owing.


You agree to provide current and accurate account information for purchases made at our store.  The information you provide for your account is so used to complete your transaction and contact you as needed.


We send our parcels through AusPost and Fastway Couriers, Australia wide. We currently do not ship overseas. Usually a signature on delivery is required.  We need your physical address, no PO Boxes.

Postage starts at $10.95 (up to 3kg).  For heavy/bulky items above 3kg, $25.  Free Postage on orders over $99, after discounts; not including products from the library.

Orders will be posted out the next business day after payment has been received.  With the exception of lay-bys because this requires us to manually check through our statements to confirm your lay-by has been fully paid. Lay-by orders will be posted out within 10 working days of final payment. 

Once posted it could take up to 14 business days to arrive (depending on your location) based on AusPost and Fastway Couriers website.  Orders are posted out from Augustine Heights, QLD.  The delivery time frame is out of our control as we outsource this service.  If you have any concerns about your parcel please contact us. 

If you require express shipping, please contact us prior to finalising your order.

Pick up is available for residence willing to drive to Augustine Heights Queensland. Pick up times vary, and are generally after hours. You will be contacted via email to arrange a pick up time. We allow a 30 minute window after your pickup time for you to collect your order. Please contact us if you are unable to collect within that timeframe to re-arrange another collection day/time.

Out of Stock Items

Should items be out of stock we will contact you by phone to notify you of when we expect them to be available.  We will ask if you would prefer to wait until your whole order is ready before we dispatch or if you would like us to send what is in stock only.  It is therefore really important that you give us your full contact details.


Pre-orders will be posted out separately to the rest of your order.  Pre-order items will be dispatched within 2 weeks after the expected arrival date.  In the event that the order may take longer than expected we will notify you via phone and/or email.


PayPal is preferred. We also accept Visa/MasterCard, direct deposits, PUT IT ON LAY-BUY powered by PayPal (see below).  All goods must be paid for in full prior to being dispatched.  We do not offer credit terms or run accounts.

PUT IT ON LAY-BUY powered by PayPal:  There is no minimum spend to use this option.  Lay-Buy is an affordable payment plan option that allows you to pay-off a product or service via one down payment, with the balance spread across your selected monthly installments. Your purchase is delivered to you after the final installment payment is completed. A 0.9% admin fee is payable to Lay-Buys.

ZipPay: This is an external payment service. Please refer to https://littlepiglet.com.au/pages/zippay for more information.


Please contact us in regards to faulty goods, exchanges, and/or refunds. All postage costs and a 5% handling fee will be applicable to your exchange/refund if the product is deemed to be fully functional.  Products must be in original purchased condition; original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.

Refunds: We do offer a full refund excluding postage if returned within one week from purchase date.
Exchanges/credits: We will accept exchanges within 30 days after original purchase date.
After the 30 days we will not accept refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty.
Second-hand: No exchange or refund.
Sale/clearance items: No exchange or refund.
Lay-bys: no exchange or refund unless product is faulty.

Warranties: LIMITED 30 DAY WARRANTY (from original purchase date) on all NAPPY PRODUCTS.

Six Months Limited Warranty on Little Piglet products.

Manufacturers’ offer their own specific warranty period, generally 3 – 6 months.

Any issues after the 30-day period, the product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as to whether the product is damaged due to factory faults or incorrect use.

General rules:

  • Follow washing instructions provided with the product
  • Water temperatures should be less than 60°
  • Sun dry nappies if possible.  If you need to use the dryer, it should be tumbled dried on the low heat setting
  • Detergents should not contain enzymes or fabric softener
  • Avoid nappy rash creams that contain cortisone or zinc based products (they form a barrier on your nappy making them less absorbent)
  • Avoid bleach, oxyclean, and any other caustic substances.

The quality of all our products is inspected prior to being dispatched.  If you have any queries about the quality of the goods received please email us info@littlepiglet.com.au.


Only one code can be used per transaction.

Monetary vouchers

  • The voucher will contain a code that needs to be entered the promo section at checkout to be redeemed
  • It’ll be activated within 48 hours after purchase
  • They’re non-refundable
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash
  • It can only be used to purchase products from Little Piglet
  • It may be used towards our hire service
  • Any unused balance will be lost after the expiry date, please familiarise yourself with the expiry date.  The balance will not be consolidated onto a new voucher or replaced
  • Gift vouchers expire at 23:59 AEST on the day of expiry.

 Promotional Codes

  • Only redeemable for products that are in stock at the time the order is processed
  • Not valid for any of our library packages
  • Only valid for the time period it is intended for
  • Promotional codes may only be redeemed once
  • Promotional codes expire at 23:59 AEST on the day of expiry

Please keep voucher codes and promotional codes in a safe place, we won’t reissue you with a new code if it is lost, stolen, or used by an unauthorised party.


Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relation to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have completed your order).

Product descriptions and opinions on our site are provided as general reference only.   Information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge.  We are not responsible if the available information is not correct, complete or current.  We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.


Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy on any third party site.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.

When browsing through our website, data is being accumulated for statistical purposes which do not require your personal information.  However, to shop in our online store you are required to submit some of your personal information, which includes but not limited to: username, password, name, postal address, email address, and phone number.

Payments via PayPal are processed in real time; we do not receive any credit card details when you shop at our online store.

We also collect your personal information from you when you provide feedback to us, sign up to our e-newsletter or when you communicate with us (email, phone, social media or in person).The information you provide to us is used to create an account which then allows us to process your order, reply to your queries, record keeping (order history), manage your purchases/gift registry, process returns/exchanges, and laybys. 

Your information may also be used to conduct product and market research, internal record keeping, complete transactions with you, maintain and update our records.  E-mail is required when you subscribe to our e-newsletter.  If you wish to be removed from our emailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-newsletter or by emailing us at info@littlepiglet.com.au.  Your records are stored electronically.  We encourage you to keep your personal information up-to-date. 

At any time if you wish to have your personal information altered or removed from our records please contact via email at info@littlepiglet.com.au.  We will call you back on the contact number provided on your account and we will ask you to verify your identity before further action can take place.

At Little Piglet we outsource other businesses/companies who are responsible for parts of our service delivery – including delivery companies, and sometimes (in the case of warranty matters or troubleshooting) suppliers and manufacturers, in these instances some of your personal details may be forwarded to them.

Little Piglet respects your privacy and as such the personal details you provide to us will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any third party unaffiliated with us unless otherwise required by law.

Little Piglet reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.


Here at Little Piglet we try our best to ensure all product information is up-to-date with the correct information at time of viewing.  A lot of the information provided is given to us by manufacturers/suppliers that is accurate at the time and updated when advised.  However, Little Piglet accepts no liability for inaccurate or misleading information.  We do our best to ensure that all pricing is correct, however, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that are placed for a product at an incorrect price, and will refund any payment in full.  The opinions and suggestions expressed on our website under ‘Little Piglet’s thoughts’ reflects the views from our team here at Little Piglet.  Please use the information provided at your discretion.  We encourage customers to do your own research and not solemnly rely on our opinions as a basis for your purchase.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product purchased is suitable for use.  Little Piglet assumes no liability for any loss, incidental or consequential damage, or punitive damages that may/or may not be foreseeable and even if advised of the possibility of the loss or damage due to inaccurate or misleading information viewed on our website.
